Delivery & returns

Delivery is checked against the postcode and the active supplier contract before we show a price or accept a design request.

Delivery

UK delivery only, subject to the resolved delivery region.
Freight is calculated from the active contract and panel sizes.
The quoted production lead-time range is shown with the delivered quote.
If a postcode cannot be mapped, we do not guess eligibility or cost.

Returns & damage

Bespoke panels are made to the dimensions approved in your quote, so please check the design and measurements carefully before approving production. If a delivery arrives damaged or does not match the approved specification, contact us promptly with photographs and your order reference so we can investigate with the fulfilment partner.

Consumer rights are unaffected. Nothing on this page limits any statutory rights that apply to your order.
